For personal data inside a customer workspace, the customer organisation is usually the controller and Malinda AI UG acts as service provider or processor.
2. Data we process
We may process account and organisation data, workspace content, technical and security logs, billing data, and communications. The contact form collects the fields shown in the form, source attribution, coarse abuse signals, and a request ID.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process personal data to provide, secure, maintain, support, and improve TOW; administer accounts and organisations; handle commercial requests; prevent abuse; and meet legal obligations. Bases include contract, legitimate interests, consent where required, and legal obligations.
4. Contact enquiries
The landing service emails contact submissions to hello@tow.dev through configured SMTP and does not persist them in a landing-site database. Mail infrastructure and recipient mailboxes may retain messages under their own settings and obligations.
5. AI processing
Depending on configuration, enabled AI features may send accessible workspace context to providers selected by the organisation or managed by TOW. Administrators should review provider settings, contracts, and policy requirements.
6. Cookies and analytics
Required site functions do not require optional analytics. Google, Reddit, and PostHog integrations load only after Accept all when configured. You can reopen Cookie settings from the footer and change the stored choice.
7. Retention and rights
We keep personal data only as needed for stated purposes and applicable obligations. Depending on location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, port, or withdraw consent. You may also complain to a supervisory authority.
8. Security and changes
We use technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data, but no system is perfectly secure. We may update this policy as TOW changes and will reflect material changes on this page or through appropriate channels.
