Public sector

Keep programme context when people and teams change.

Public-sector teams can link roadmap commitments, partner requests, policy documents, decisions, and delivery work in one programme workspace.

Common problems

Long-running programmes lose context during handovers.

The next owner needs to see what is in progress, why earlier decisions were made, and which partners are waiting.

Handovers lose important history

Milestones and owners remain in the plan, but dependencies, caveats, and earlier decisions are harder to find.

Partner requests need manual follow-up

Requests arrive through informal channels and have to be copied into internal delivery work.

Policy and delivery drift apart

The decision and its reasoning live in a document, while the related delivery work has no link back to it.

FAQ

Questions worth answering clearly.

Current product, deployment, and commercial boundaries.

Is TOW FedRAMP authorised or covered by an agency ATO?

No. Each organisation must evaluate the product, deployment, contracts, data categories, and controls against its own authorisation requirements.

Can external partners submit requests without project access?

Yes. Signed-in partners can use a limited request portal while access to the internal project stays separate.

Does self-hosting guarantee a particular data residency outcome?

Self-hosting gives you control of the infrastructure, you control the data however you want.
